Fantastic breakfast selection and helpful staff. Rooms are cozy, clean, and well-equipped with a lobby coffee machine. Great WiFi access on the first floor. Beautiful views and convenient location for skiing.

Its an incredible Hotel,Fantastic.We really enjoyed our stay,thanks to all the staff but most of all to Fiona,top professional.The food is out of this world.There is even a butler .10 star service in an underpriced 3 star.Right in front of the Ski lift in the centre of the village.Take no notice of the gripers we are 5 star hotel guests and this is better than any of them.Truly the best.

As backpackers, we loved the variety of choices at the buffet breakfast and the delicious meals included with our stay. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, making our experience even more enjoyable. The availability of free coffee and pastries in the reception area throughout the day was a nice touch. The hotel's central location and easy parking made it convenient for exploring the town.

Felt like VIPs, couldn't ask for anything more.

It is conveniently situated right opposite the gondola, making it extremely convenient for those early morning trips up the mountain. The hotel is also surrounded by various bars and cafes which is always a plus. The staff at this hotel deserve a special mention as they provide excellent service and are always willing to help with any questions or requests. Moreover, the basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained and the cleaning is done efficiently. Lastly, the breakfast provided at this hotel is varied and delicious, with a great selection of cheeses, breads, and meats to choose from.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic.

Very British. Good cooking and nice welcome from everybody

Very warm welcome and, although not arranged, provided garaging for 2 motorcycles. Package was half board and was excellent value for money. The location is in the centre of the village adjacent the ski lift. The owners are english but well established in Arinsal.

had a lovely peaceful break in Arinsal and Montane exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly cheerful, helpful, and friendly, the dinners were delicious and great value for money, and the location was perfect for our skiing trip.

The only thing I can come up with that wasn't good is that the hotel wasn't smoke free all over even though we had a non smoking-room.

Great location near the gondola and the city center is easily accessible. Equipped with good wifi. The room was clean on arrival and the bathroom was decent.

The soundproofing was poor and the walls were very thin, so you could hear every little noise from the neighboring rooms. not a great experience and wouldn't recommend it.
